End of Year/Christmas Buffet – $54.50/person excl GST
Slow roasted beef pot roast – delicious beef seasoned and roasted until tender, rich and soft served in a beef gravy.
Marinated deboned leg of lamb, grilled on a BBQ served with fruity chutney
Whole roasted chicken basted with garlic and lemon butter served with our special stuffing and gravy.
Sides
New season potatoes with olive oil, paprika and parsley.
Broccoli and cauliflower cheese bake – broccoli and cauliflower topped with our house made bechamel, smothered with cheese and baked until golden.
Fragrant Jasmin Rice
Caesar salad – Crispy cos lettuce, bacon, egg, croutons coated in a tangy ranch dressing.
Grilled corn and carrot salad dressed with parmesan, crispy bacon, parsley and sultana. (GF)
Dessert:
Banana, caramel, toffee and cream trifle garnished with chocolate shards (Banoffee)
