Italian long lunch/dinner
Experience the flavors of Italy with our Italian Long Lunch/Dinner menu, featuring an array of authentic dishes that celebrate the essence of Italian cuisine. From fresh antipasti, delicious risotto to succulent mains and decadent desserts, each course is thoughtfully curated to bring the warmth and richness of Italy to your table. Perfect for leisurely gatherings, our menu offers a true taste of la dolce vita.
Long lunch/dinner menu, Italian style – $85/person
Antipasti (Appetizers)
Bruschetta al Pomodoro – Toasted bread with fresh tomatoes, basil, garlic, and olive oil.
Caprese Salad – Fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil drizzled with balsamic reduction.
Antipasto Platter – Selection of cured meats (prosciutto, salami), cheese (gorgonzola), olives, and marinated vegetables.
Primi Piatti (First Course)
Risotto ai Funghi – Creamy risotto with mushrooms and Parmesan.
Secondi Piatti (Second Courses)
Filetto di manzo – Seared beef fillet with a red wine jus and truffled mushrooms
Ballotina di pollo – Whole chicken ballotine of roasted red pepper, spinach, feta and onion wrapped in bacon
Contorni (Side Dishes)
Insalata Mista – Mixed green salad with a light vinaigrette.
Patate al Forno – Oven-roasted potatoes with smoked paprika butter.
Verdure Grigliate – Grilled seasonal vegetables.
Dolce (Desserts)
Tiramisu – Classic Italian dessert with layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cream.
Cannoli Siciliani – Crispy pastry shells filled with sweet ricotta cheese and chocolate chips.

Our fine-dine menus are thoughtfully crafted using premium seasonal ingredients, perfect for intimate gatherings, special celebrations, and high-end corporate occasions. Canapés
Caramelised pork belly glazed with flavours of garlic, ginger and sweet soy dusted with peanuts (GF,DF)
Asian Corn croquettes with eggplant, sour cream and coriander pesto (V)
Herb potato boxty with Avo puree and Capsicum salsa (V,GF,DF)
Warm cheese course:
Twice baked Cheese Souffle with flavours of Beetroot and Apple served with a
Verjuice and Currant reduction.
To Follow:
Marinated and Seared beef Fillet served with seasonal baby vegetables, buttery
mash, mushroom and truffle finished with a red wine Jus.
OR
Whole chicken ballotine of roasted red pepper, spinach, feta and onion wrapped
in bacon served on potato mash with a warm basil pesto cream sauce, vegetables
and a chicken tuile
To Finish:
Warm apple and brandy tart with salted caramel and vanilla ice cream.

Crispy golden potato Gnocchi served with grilled courgette, minted pea puree and a
ricotta dressing (v)
To Follow:
Moroccan spiced lamb back strap served with a smoky aubergine puree, saffron date chutney and seasonal baby vegetables. *Vegetarian option available.

in bacon served on potato mash with a warm basil pesto cream sauce, vegetables
and a chicken tuile
To Finish:
Creamy lemon Verbena panna cotta with berry consommé, a vanilla tuile and sorbet.

The menu combines a grazing table with a selection of our canapés and desserts to form a delicious full meal perfect for larger groups of people who love to be adventurous.
