Menu 1, $42.50/person excl GST

Minimum number 25 pax

Mains (served buffet):

From the Grill

Maple and mustard glazed champagne ham served with a home-made sweet mustard.
 
Deboned and marinated leg of lamb grilled on a barbecue served with a smoky aubergine chutney.
 
Summer Salads
Teriyaki roasted kumara salad with baby spinach, sesame, black rice, fresh coriander and orange/ginger dressing.
 
Garden salad with balsamic glaze and a sumac salad sprinkle (roasted nuts and
seeds coated with sumac).
 
Classic pesto pasta salad – Fresh basil pesto, cherry tomato, baby spinach, parmesan, hint of lemon, drizzle of olive oil.
 
House made sourdough loaf, butter

Dessert:

Mini pavlova with Chantilly cream and seasonal fruit.

Spiced Christmas mince tarts

End of Year/Christmas Buffet – $54.50/person excl GST

Slow roasted beef pot roast – delicious beef  seasoned and roasted until tender, rich and soft served in a beef gravy. 

Marinated deboned leg of lamb, grilled on a BBQ served with fruity chutney

Whole roasted chicken basted with garlic and lemon butter served with our special stuffing and gravy. 

Sides

New season potatoes with olive oil, paprika and parsley.

Broccoli and cauliflower cheese bake – broccoli and cauliflower topped with our house made bechamel, smothered with cheese and baked until golden.

Fragrant Jasmin Rice

Caesar salad –  Crispy cos lettuce, bacon, egg, croutons coated in a tangy ranch dressing.

Grilled corn and carrot salad dressed with parmesan, crispy bacon, parsley and sultana. (GF)

Dessert:

Banana, caramel, toffee and cream trifle garnished with chocolate shards (Banoffee)

*Buffet options start at a minimum of 40 people. Meals include disposable dinner serviettes, any serving and cooking equipment. Meals DO NOT include plates and cutlery. We do not set or decorate tables.

Smoked salmon, cream cheese and capers Blini

Asian Corn croquettes with eggplant, sour cream and coriander pesto (V,GF)

Herb potato boxty with Avo puree and Capsicum salsa (V,GF,DF)
